Hi, I'm Tin Tran of the Abbotsbury Boot Camp & Personal Training Program. Locals consider me as the best trainer in the area. They have their own reasons for saying this, but if one thing's for sure, nobody would have believed that I would become a successful trainer if they saw me 10 years ago.
Let me tell you a secret.
I used to have weight problems myself a decade ago. I was overweight by 10kg and I didn't do anything about it in the beginning. I had no motivation to get fit and lose weight. I had a low self-esteem and my social life suffered because of it. Instead, all I did was drink and eat like there was no tomorrow. My wakeup call came when I walked out of the shower and had a good long look at myself. "That's it", I said to myself, "I'm going to finally lose weight".
I tried fat loss pills, watching aerobics DVDs and other weight loss equipment...But none of them worked.
So I did the most logical thing to do: I went to the gym. But that didn't help. In fact, I gained more weight while I was at the gym! Desperate for a solution, I decided to create a solution myself. I did that by doing my own research on various weight loss methods even if it meant me spending several thousands of dollars more on books and other materials on the subject.
I almost instantly lost the 10kg and then some!
It took me 10 years of trial and error and countless hours of reading before I finally found a solution that works. I even enrolled in a Human Movement Studies course in Uni to understand more about how the body worked and reacted to certain foods. And after all that trial and error I managed to lose close to 15kg. I was no longer overweight, I looked fit and friends who used to laugh at me started asking me for advice on how to lose their gut. Inspired by what I discovered, I decided to shift careers to become a personal trainer. Today, I use the results of my 10-year research in my Abbotsbury Boot Camp & Personal Training Program. I help local residents lose weight without using fat loss pills or other useless stuff.
