Monday to Friday - 6-7am

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - 6-7pm, 7-8pm and 8-9pm

What's the difference between this and other bootcamp?

We understand that everyone is unique and has different needs. And by knowing this, we treat everyone as an individual and meet your specific needs. You aren't just another number when you work with us. We find out what your specific needs are and we modify and adjust your program so that it suits you!

 

If I am out of shape can I still do the program?

Yes! Our program is designed with beginners in mind! We modify your workouts to suit your current fitness level and make adjustments as your fitness and movement improves. The last thing that we want to do is give you a program that's impossible to follow and stick to.

 

How does the guarantee work?

How many sessions can I attend per week?

Does it include a nutrition plan too?

Yes! We can provide you with a Nutritionist-approved meal plan if you aren't very good at planning what to eat throughout the week.

Or if you prefer a more flexible approach to your eating, we can provide you with our nutrition guidelines so that you can have more freedom in choosing what you want to eat during the week.

 

When does my program official start?
