When we begin working together I'm going to share with you everything I’ve learned so far about wellness, fitness, nutrition, training and diets; and everything that woman needs to stay fit, healthy and fabulous.A little bit about me.My name is Tin Tran and I’m a nationally certified Personal Trainer and owner of Generation Fit Boot Camps. You may have heard of me through the newspapers, online, at community events; or you may have heard of me through your neighbours.
So while I’m proud to say that I have built the best Personal Training and Boot Camp Program in the area, I’m even more proud to say that in my over 10 years in the fitness industry I have been a part of helping good folks just like you achieve some amazing results and dropping over 1000kg (yup, that’s not an exaggeration).
For the past 5 years I’ve helped people in the local Bossley Park area lose weight, burn fat, tone up and get into the best shape of their lives.
But for almost 10 years I have been actively researching fitness and fat loss. I have tried every idiotic diet there is every crazy workout style I could find – just to see how well they worked.
I understand that you don’t have much time and that’s why I’ve created a program to get you in and out and give you fast lasting fat loss and body toning results.
Long gone are the days where you’re required to spend hours at a time on the boring treadmill, our clients are seeing amazing results by coming in just 3 times a day for less than an hour a day. But we even have clients who come 5 times a week just because our workouts are so fun and effective.
Our body transformation system is based on scientific evidence and rapid fat-loss boot camp sessions are designed to elevate your metabolism, so you’re burning fat for up to 48 hours after your workout!
It’s actually called “after burn” and it’s the state of a heightened metabolism after one of my workouts (which is why you don’t need to be in here five days a week… when three days a will get the job done).
That means that if you did a workout with me on Monday morning, on Tuesday night you are still burning extra calories.(that’s very very cool.)
